“ Lovin it. Great food and the place is well maintained, nice and clean. I found peace and comfort here, hope you do too. Traffic on 91 is crazy, take a break here you will be happy. ”
“ They always have a nice variety of typical Puerto Rican food. Their pernil (pork) is ALWAYS flavorful (pork taste consistency is hard to find in local restaurants). Staff has always been friendly. ”
“ Genuinely some of the best food I have ever eaten in Connecticut. I can't recommend it enough. Every bite is perfect. ”
“ Gem of a place that apparently only opened a few months ago. They are a small family-owned business that truly puts their heart and souls into their food. You can tell they are still getting into the groove of things and they don't have posted prices, but they do change the menu every few days. This restaurant is takeout only and it can be tight to wait in line inside, but when we went it wasn't busy so we were helped immediately. I bet they will be successful in the long term. The woman at the counter was kind and the food delicious. We recommend the pernil, rice/beans, tostones, and sweet plantains! ”
“ Definitely not disappointed. Place is tiny but food and service was on point. Take out only which is fine. Portions are big for the price. When I’m in the area will make sure to stop in. ”
“ Every time I get food from here it’s delicious! Definitely the best place for some traditional PR dishes. Their alcapurrias are great & they are always sold out of empanadillas so I’m sure they’re delicious too ”
“ Love that this place is small and personable! Easy to access and not crowded. Everything is delicious! And so affordable! I’ll be eating good for the next 2 days! ”
“ Great Food! Great Service! Great Everything! I wish this place was open years ago! I will be back before the season is over. ”
